WE NEED PEACE IN OUR NATION.control these teens!

  

Good Day my fellow classmates, I am going to talk about the issue of crime in our country amongst our generation. Statistics have shown that in the year of 2012 the majority of crimes were committed by individuals at the age of 16-24. This is ridiculous! We teenagers are ruining our lives and the lives around us. We have our whole lives ahead of us and our generation is next in line to take care of our nation. Why spend most if not all your time in a prison cell when you could be the next Prime Minister, or the next best doctor in the nation? We teens need to find a way to control our temper and attitude towards a situation. As said in a bestselling book known as, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens by Steven Covey Be Proactive not reactive. This simply means that you need to take control of your life and preserve your future. Don’t throw it away for someone else and their mistake. And find a role model, someone you look up to when you’re in a tough situation like your mom or dad or someone you know in your community that is pretty successful.  Whenever you’re tempted to do something wrong, think about how long or how much the consequence will affect our nation, The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Reflection:

 

I found this commercial very amusing and entertaining. This commercial makes me want to buy a Volkswagen car. I think that because it is so entertaining it will encourage more people to buy a car that is a Volkswagen. At first when I watched it I found it to be very corny and stale. However, when I caught on to the theme, I found it very funny. And of course after finding out what the man was actually saying throughout the commercial. But overall I think it will make people remember the brand Volkswagen when buying a car and purchase that type of car because from what I saw it looks  like a very stylish but still affordable car. Also I think this was the best commercial during the Super Bowl. It was certainly my favorite.

Colourful Bursts of Flavour in a Wrapper:

 Starbursts has always been the best candy purchase on Earth and the flavours are getting better. Mainly because of the many flavours, it lasts longer in the sun and they can be chewy or something to suck on. What more can you ask for in a candy?
     Starburst has proven to be the best candy in the world. Because what other candy can you chew and suck at the same  time without getting some stuck in your teeth? And something like M&M's would not be attractive... at all to see in your mouth or even someone else .
      Also, Starbursts don't melt as easy as  chocolate. Its great when you can leave a great tasting candy in your bag for after school or even work to enjoy and pop it in your mouth without going through war to try and get it off of the wrapper first. And who likes candy that is melted and gooey after a second in the sun ?Melted candy is a waist of time and effort because even after you finally get it off the wrapper, your desire to eat it has gone away. Especially in this hot country, you need a candy that can survive the heat.
      Lastly, Starburst has more intriguing flavours than M&M's. Everyone gets tired of the same boring ,old taste of something after a while so why waist your time on a candy with one flavour? There are many flavours of Starburst to choose from so if you're bored of one, try another.
   M&M 's advocates claim that M&M's relieves depression and stress. However, I found this hard to believe because they are small and when bitten into, it melts in your mouth. So they cant really relieve you of something as big as depression or even bigger...stress. but Starbursts are chewier and chewing has proven to relieve more stress than sucking or biting. Plus, Starbursts come in beautiful colourful wrappers that brighten your day just by looking at them... unlike a dull colour like brown for M&M's that can bring you down more even before you eat the candy.
    In conclusion, Starbursts are a chewier and cheaper candy to buy and they simply rock !!!
